Father Time
FATHER TIMEThe absolute limit of the amount of time we have each day is 86,400 seconds. That's 60 seconds in each minute; 60 minutes in each hour; and 24 hours in each day. Period! 10-4! Over and out! So why is it many of us think "we have all the time in the world" to get done whatever it is we need to get done?
None of us can stop those precious seconds of opportunity from ticking away. Second by second they slip away never to return ever again. Some of us let them drain into the sewer of lost time having not used them to our greatest advantage or that of our fellow man. They just flowed away and we think nothing of it. But, then some of us use each possible second in the best possible way and, in effect, create a gyser of positive energy and impact on our lives and those around us.
None of us can know how many seconds of life's opportunities we have left. Talk about the law of diminishing returns! The sewer of lost time just sucks everything away and it's gone forever. On the other hand, using each of those unknown remaining seconds in some positive way creates a legacy. They don't suck away never to have any impact on the future. They become indelibly etched in the annals of time because we touched someone or something with them.
It's absolutely true that we can never truly get ahead of "Father Time." But, with a positive attitude and work ethic we have a much better chance of working the odds into our favor for making some kind of positive impact before time does inevitably run out.

Therefore, the individual needs to put a lot of energy into devising the proper physical fitness exercise routine for his/her needs. Consider your goals and choose a regimen that will most likely help you reach your fitness goals.
Consider a crucial tip. A good way to start your healthy living is to create a system of rewards. This means that if a certain goal is reached, the person who is keeping the difficult diet will be rewarded. By using this rewards system, there is a good chance you will keep on your important routine.
