Launching Pad

Most of us will never get to see a space vehicle rocket into space from a launching pad somewhere in the world.  It must be a stirring sight!  On the other hand, if you don't live near a complex that launches space vehicles, it's hard to time your travels to be near one at the exact moment a launch occurs.  That fact makes the idea of a launching pad relatively unimportant to most of us.

However, I contend we all should pay more attention to those two words because in a way they portend our  future and, hopefully, our success.  Here's why.  This very moment is a collection of all that has gone on before and the launching pad for all your moments to come.

Keep this picture in your mind's eye.  You're a rocket dedicated to breaking the gravitational bonds of where you are so you can soar to unlimited heights in the future.  Every moment of your life is the launching pad to ignite your actions toward those heights.

Blast off!!!!
