Five Steps to Relax




Yup...it's a busy world out there and any one of us can get so caught up in the hubbub that we forget the value of relaxing from time to time.  Not only do we forget the value but we forget how to relax.

Here's my idea on five steps to relaxing that should help you: 
  • R ead good books frequently
  • E xercise your mind and body consistently
  • L isten to the music that moves you
  • A lter your routine and mindset to force yourself out of your comfort zone from time to time
  • X (Cross) each bridge as you come to it and not before.
Your quality of life and productivity during your life depends on your ability to recharge through appropriate and timely relaxation.
